With a strong conviction to be a part of digital evolution, Pawan opted for an entrepreneurial journey to pursue and build up multi-disciplinary products using informational technology at its core. A long association with technology, business, and the corporate world, ignited a spark in him to explore a new startup venture and work with the “GenX ideation team” to experiment with a wave of ideas. Fast-changing digital and technology space has given an edge to build borderless ‘Application 2 Person (A2P)’ digital products and services to touch consumers, businesses, and governance. Under Pawan’s leadership, Biocipher has stepped into the marketplace, embarking on a long journey to impact peoples’ lives as far and wide as possible.

Pawan, a technology evangelist, would welcome your ideas and love to spend time in front of a whiteboard to explore its potential. As an entrepreneur, he is committed to building product and service stacks to meet global benchmarks and enable transformation touching consumers, businesses, and governance.
He was previously a part of the Senior Leadership team of Bharti Airtel Limited, India’s leading telecom company, and initially started his professional journey with the “Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India”. During his professional career, he handled cross-functional and national/international responsibilities.
Pawan has an engineering and business management academic background to position him uniquely for his entrepreneurship journey in the fast-changing technology and economic sphere. He had filed two technology patents under technology domains- NFC-based Fintech Services and USSD-based Secure Financial Transaction.

Gurinder Singh Goindi

Practice Head – Sales

Gurinder is a Business Manager with experience in IT, Telecom, FMCG (Food and Non Food), and Civil Engineering, at various Leadership roles in India, Ghana, and Nigeria. An Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore, and National Institute of Technology – Tiruchirapalli Graduate, has worked with Airtel, HCL, Larsen & Toubro, Olam, Tata Communications, and Wilmar developing businesses across channels, and leading teams including expats and nationals spanning multiple geographies.

Ankit Saini

Practice Head – Business

As the Business Head, Ankit handles complete business operations and expansion along with with the compliance management applicable to the company. He is a long-term finance professional with over 11+ years of experience from multiple reputed platforms. Designing financial business models and strategies for the company scalability. Being one of the most prominent voices within the company, Ankit is focussed to build a strong leadership within the company. In his qualification stack, he has pinned up B.Com., MBA (Finance and Financial Management Services), and CA (Semi Qualified). As of now, he has played a vital role in multiple startups’ journeys, especially in fund raising segment. Moreover, his real business acumen makes him more proficient in his domain.

Being connected with Biocipher over the past 5+ years, Vijay has marked his name on the major core pillars of the company. His innovative and entrepreneurial mindset makes him stand out from the masses. According to him, ‘thoughts are the things’ and he has adhered to this statement profoundly throughout his career.As the Technology Head, he keenly keeps his eye on all the development programs of the company’s existing and upcoming products. His contribution to technical segments in the organization has been unprecedented, especially during the building phase of Biocipher.

Nidhi Sharma

Practice Head – People

Nidhi is a qualified Human Resource professional, having 15+ years of experience. She is well versed in managing modern Human Resource & Admin systems, and resolution of employees’ grievances. Apart from that, she has demonstrated acumen in handling Talent Acquisition, Competency Mapping or Skill Matrix, and Compensation. Since the initial days of Biocipher, she has been maintaining a peaceful & congenial work environment in the company and initiating measures for the interest of people in the organization.

Vicky Ranga

Practice Head – CX

Vicky is a versatile professional who works across departments to ensure high customer satisfaction index. Coming from a Mechanical Engineering background, Vicky found his calling in marketing and communications. His quick wit, analytical mind and efficient interpersonal skills set him apart as a leader in strengthening customer relationships. In addition, he closely observes the macros and micros of the customer experience in different segments such as website UI, pre and post-sales scenarios, re-engagement of clients, etc.
